These sales conditions are applicable to all orders and purchases made via the Nova Mariposa website. Nova Mariposa may revise these sales conditions from time to time. Any changes to the sales conditions will apply on or after the date that the revised sales conditions are published. 

 Nova Mariposa offers products for sale via the Nova Mariposa website to customers. Nova Mariposa reserves the right to not fulfil orders placed by individuals who fail to comply with these terms.

With regard to purchases made by you via the sales Nova Mariposa website, Nova Mariposa will always communicate with you electronically by email, using the email address provided to us when you place an order.

To be able to buy Products you must:

• read and accept these sales conditions
• provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;
• provide an eligible delivery address in Great Britain or Northern Ireland 
• be the owner or authorised holder of a valid debit/credit card  or Apple Pay account

At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to review your order, read and accept these sales conditions, check the price of your order,  the information you have provided, and correct any possible errors before confirming your order.

Once you have submitted your order using the Nova Mariposa website, Nova Mariposa will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order and setting out all the details of the ordered Products.

Refund Policy

If you would like to change cancel your order before you have received a Shipment Confirmation, you must contact us.

Once you have received your Shipment Confirmation, it will be too late to cancel your order. If you want a refund read below:

• If the Products you have received are not parallel to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged during transport, please contact us via email.

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Nova Mariposa website, you can return products purchased from the Nova Mariposa website within 30 days. Just contact us.

• Once Nova Mariposa has received and validated returned Products, Nova Mariposa will send you an email to confirm the validation. Your refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of Nova Mariposas email to you confirming the receipt and validation of your returned product.

•  Nova Mariposa reserves the right to refuse a refund where the product is returned damaged or showing signs of use or wear

In addition to the data collected by automated means , we also process data us about you which you have provided to us directly, this includes :

• Personal data - your contact information, title,  first and last names, billing addresses, postcode, date of birth, telephone number, email address, credit and debit card information.

Nova Mariposa may employ third parties to collect personal information on its behalf. In such cases, these third parties are subject to confidentiality and data processing agreements and are instructed by Nova Mariposa to do so safely.

Shipping and Payment 

Shipping is available to Great Britain and Northern Ireland

We ship with Royal Mail and all our products are shipped 1st Class and will need to be signed for to make sure that the customer does get their product.

All shipping costs £2.50 and we offer Free shipping over £15

Our Payment options include Apple Pay and Debit/Credit card.

Your order will be processed within 1 day and should be delivered in 1-3 days.

In the event Nova Mariposa does not receive the appropriate authorisation from your card or payment service provider, Nova Mariposa reserves the right to reject your order.

For most payment methods, payment for your order, including all applicable taxes, shipping and other charges, will be taken from the applicable card or payment service once Nova Mariposa has sent you the Shipment Confirmation.

Please be aware that none of our products are made from real silver and will not be suitable if you do have sensitive skin.
